- Por otro lado cuando nuestras pechugas están listas las sacamos del caldo y la desmenuzamos... y ponemos a hervir el maíz de pozole con ese mismo caldo...
- Por otro lado cuando nuestro chile esté listo lo molemos en la licuadora con los demás ingredientes que asamos, de preferencia si para molerlo utilizamos caldo y no agua para no perder el sabor y también cuando vamos a moler el guajillo agregamos nuestras especias como son clavo, orégano y comino...
- Ya que esté listo lo que hemos molido lo colamos y agregamos a la olla donde se está cociendo el maíz.. y cuando empiece a hervir agregamos nuestro pollo demenuzado..
- Cuando quede listo nuestro pozole le agregamos ya en el plato, cilantro picado, rábano, cebolla, y chile si lo desean y aguacate.. enjoy✋
