- 75 gr chocolate negro sin azúcar, para la cobertura
- Dulce Masseube de Rosa Mosqueta
- Cacao en polvo sin azúcar

- Precalentamos el horno a 160ªC-180ºC (según cada horno).
- Pelamos y cortamos la batata en rodajas finas. Lo ponemos en un plato, lo cubrimos con papel film y le hacemos un agujero.
- Llevamos al microondas durante 6 minutos a 600w. Luego lo pasamos a un bowl para hacerlo puré con un tenedor.
- Repetimos los mismos pasos para el chocolate. Lo llevamos al microondas durante 20 segundos a 600w. Y le vamos dando golpes de calor hasta que se derrita totalmente.
- Enseguida mezclamos el puré de batata junto con el chocolate derretido (tenemos que hacer este paso mientras estén caliente) Luego cubrimos con papel film y reservamos en la heladera por al menos cuatro horas.
- Pasadas esas horas (si podemos más horas mejor), sacamos y comenzamos a formar bolitas. Hacemos un agujero en medio de cada bolita para rellenar con Dulce Masseube de Rosa Mosqueta. Luego cubrimos el agujero.
- Cubrimos con cacao en polvo sin azúcar. Y el resto, volveremos a derretir chocolate y las bañaremos. Listo tenemos nuestras exquisitas trufas para saborear.
