- Vuelve a colar y a regresarlo a la licuadora. Es decir, lo molerás todo 3 veces. Continúa hasta que termines, siempre agregando vinagre.
- Estos son los desechos, lo que tiraremos.
- En lo último que mueles, añade la sal.
- Revuelve bien. Debes haberte terminado el vinagre. Aquí tenemos el picante ya listo.
- Ahora guárdalo en picanteras de plástico o en vidrio, pero poniendo plástico bajo la tapa, para que no se oxide.
- Guárdalo en el refri. Debido al vinagre, nunca se echará a perder. Siempre estará listo. Si deseas puedes preparar menor cantidad, pero respetando las proporciones.
