- Agregamos la harina tamizada e integramos todos los ingredientes, sin trabajar demasiado la masa (recomiendo pasarla a la mesada e ir "apretándola" para unirla) hasta que nos quede un bollo bien liso
- Enmantecamos y enharinamos una asadera.
- Vamos tomando pequeños trozos de la masa y formamos bolitas pequeñas (o grandes, eso es a gusto, yo las hice medianas) y las vamos disponiendo en la asadera un poco separadas. Con el pulgar las "aplastamos" un poco en el centro para hacer un pequeño hueco.
- Rellenamos los huequitos con dulce de batata. RECOMIENDO (por qué así me enseñó mí abuela) "aligerar" el dulce con un chorrito de agua bien caliente. Le agregas el agua y lo pisas bien con un tenedor integrando el agua.
- Llevamos a horno medio ya precalentado durante 10 minutos aproximadamente (depende del tamaño que las hagas, solo procura que no se doren demasiado).
- Finalmente sacamos del horno, dejamos enfriar y ya podemos degustar..
