Se me ocurrió hacerla de batata, pero me sabotearon parte del dulce de batata que tenía y tuve que modificarlo con chocolate para que me alcanzara para el relleno. Salió estupenda!!! La recomiendo esta versión es espectacular!!!!

- Cortar una cuarta parte de la masa, reservando para las tiras del enrejado. Estirar con palo enharinado a la medida del molde. Pinchar la superficie de la masa y colocar el relleno, dejar un rato en la heladera.
- Sobre papel film estirar la masa para hacer las tiras de arriba, yo la dividí en dos y las dejé en una bandeja en el freetzer, un rato, para que tomen cuerpo y no sé quiebren entre papel film.
- Después de unos 15 a 20 minutos retirarlas y cortarlas aprox de 1 cm de ancho por el largo del molde, y acomodarlas con cuidado sobre el relleno. Las corté dejando el film de apoyo y lo quité al colocarlas.
- Finalmente utilicé la clara que me había quedado y la batí con 1 cucharada de miel para pintarla por arriba. Horno suave unos 25 a 30 minutos de cocción. Desmoldar una vez fría.
