  3. Hervir los tomates
  4. Una vez los tomates estén hervidos (ver color de la foto) escurrir y agregar a una licuadora. Si usamos tomates de lata escurrir y agregar a la licuadora directamente.
  5. Tatemar un par de chiles en una sartén con un poco de sal gorda. Remover constantemente la sartén para que no se quemen, tienen que estar tostados, no quemados.
  6. Agregar u cuarto de diente de ajo, los chiles y la sal a la licuadora. Importante no agregar más agua que la propia de los tomates.
