  4. Pelamos los camarones y picamos fina mente condimentamos al gusto, usando sal, una pizca de pimienta negra molida le ponemos perejil, una pizca de sal de ajo, y sofreímos por 1 minuto!! en una sartén con un poquito de aceite de oliva o el de tu preferencia
  5. Ya que tenemos los camarones salteados y fríos mezclamos con el queso mozzarella y mezclamos hasta tener una consistencia en forma de masa
  6. Agarramos una rebanada de chayote y ponemos aproximadamente 2 cucharadas de nuestra masa de camarón y queso y tapamos con otra rebanada de chayote y la ponemos a sofreír a fuego muy lento a ambos lados, ojo esto no necesita huevo para forrar ya que se sellara cuando se comience a derretir el queso
  7. Después de unos minutos estará listo para servir puedes acompañar con lo que tú desees
